Barbara Ann Seagraves

Barbara Ann Seagraves, age 83 of Conneaut, OH, went home with the Lord on Saturday evening, December 9, 2017 at the Austinburg Nursing and Rehab Center where she had been recently residing.

 Barbara was born in Girard, Pa on December 2, 1934, the daughter of the late Harold A. and Louise A. (Pieper) Thayer. 

 She worked for EMCO Wheaton Inc. for 20 years and PHB Molding in Fairview, Pa for 10 years.

She was a member of the Federated Church in East Springfield and enjoyed singing in the Sweet Adelins Choir.  She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

 Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents; Lynn and Bessie Pieper and Eugiune and Dora Thayer, her husband Marvin Seagraves, aunts, uncles, and a great-grandchild, Nash Neiger, and most recently, her son; Dennis R. Neiger who passed away on November 14, 2017.

 Barbara is survived by a daughter-in-law, Diane Neiger; an Aunt, Helen Clare and two Grandchildren and Three Great-Grandchildren

 Family and Friends are invited to call at the Federated Church in East Springfield from Noon to 1 p.m. at which time Pastor Ed Huntley will officiate a Life Celebration Service for Barbara.  Arrangements are being handled by the Jean Evans Thompson Funeral Home, East Springfield, Pa.
