Bernice R. Brooks

Bernice R. Brooks, age 63 of Albion, Pa., went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at UPMC Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pa.

Bernice was born in Philadelphia, Pa., on November 14, 1960, the daughter of the late Charles N. and Frances J. (Dunlap) Brooks.  

Bernice was a member of the Cranesville Bible Church where she volunteered in the church nursery and was involved in the Children’s Club.  She enjoyed reading, gospel music, crafts, and she liked making cards.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers; George Brooks and John Wesley.

A Memorial Service for Bernice will be celebrated at the Cranesville Bible Church on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 11 a.m..  She will be laid to rest in the Springfield Cemetery.  Her arrangements are being handled by the Jean Evans Thompson Funeral Home, East Springfield, Pa.,  

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are asked to be donated to either the Cranesville Bible Church, 10029 Reed Street, Cranesville, PA 16410 or to the Humane Society of Erie, 2407 Zimmerly Road, Erie, PA 16506.
