David J Miniaci, Jr.

David J. Miniaci, Jr., age 52 of East Springfield, Pa., died late Friday afternoon, November 18, 2017 at St. Vincent Health Center, Erie, Pa. after an extended illness.

 David was born in Erie, Pa. on August 6, 1965, the son of Sunny Sevy and the late David J. Miniaci, Sr.

 David graduated from the Northwestern High School and served in the U.S. Army and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and traveling across the United States.

 Besides his father, David was preceded in death by his Step-Father, Frederick Lloyd Waid; a Sister, Lisa Perkins; his Uncle, Ronald J. Sevy; Maternal Grandparents, Lillian Wohl and Daniel Sevy; and his Paternal Grandpa, Patsy Miniaci.

 Besides his Mother, Sunny, David is survived by his companion, Amy Colbert; a sister, Wendy Miniaci Rao (Hermon) Woodstock, GA; and a Step-Grandfather, Norman Lilienthal of NY, NY; and his Paternal Grandma, Lucille Pratt of Jacksonville, FL.  He is also survived by aunts and uncles.

 There will be no calling hours set for David Miniaci, Jr. at this time. A celebration of life Ceremony will be held in the spring of 2018 for family and friends at a time and place to be announced.
