Frances A. (Robison) Broda

Frances Broda, age 74, a long-time resident of Ontario, California, died at her home on Monday, September 15, 2014.

Frances was born in North Girard, (Lake City) Pa on February 23, 1940, the daughter of the late J. Robert “Bob” and Anabel (Davis) Robison.

Frances graduated in the last class to attend the West Springfield High School in 1958, attended the Federated Church,  and went to work at the RNS Printing in Sterrettania, Pa for several years.  She then spread her wings ant traveled to California where she has been residing and continued her printing career there where she was a member of the Lions Club and a local Senior Center.

Frances is survived by a sister, Edna Mae Block in California and a brother, Richard “Dick” Robison and his wife, Helen of East Springfield, Pa.  She is also survived by four nephews and six nieces. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 1 p.m. at the Federated Church with Pastor Ed Huntley, officiating.  She will be buried in Springfield Cemetery.
