Marjorie E. (Lasch) Neubauer Fosburg

Marjorie E. Fosburg, age 77 of Fairview Manor, Fairview, Pa. went home to be with the Lord early Friday morning, December 19, 2014.

Marjorie was born in Erie, Pa. on February 2, 1937, the daughter of the late Elmer F. and Mary (Vangor) Lasch. 

She graduated from high school and enjoyed many different types of employment.  Each was an adventure to her.  She cooked for many years at the Fairview Manor Nursing Home and the Green Shingle.   She was a past –owner of the Home Tavern where she also cooked and was a partner in the Blue Plate Restaurant in West Springfield where she also cooked there.  She obtained her Real Estate License in North Carolina and her Cosmetology License in Pennsylvania and she also worked for 18 years with Dr. Kent & Barrick Assocs. In Conneaut, Ohio.  Besides working, Marjorie was an avid bowler and liked to golf, dance, and play cards.  

Besides her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by her two brothers, Robert and Albert Lasch and a sister, Carol Brown.

Marjorie is survived by three sons:  Gary Neubauer and his wife, Bonnie of Erie, Dennis Neubauer and his wife, Linda of Cincinnati, and Daniel Neubauer of West Springfield.  She is also survived by a brother, Herbert Lasch of Laughlin, NV and ten grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

There will be no calling hours.  Memorial Donations may be made to the Springfield Volunteer Fire Department, East Springfield, Pa.
