Myrtle L. Harrington, age 94 of Albion, Pa., was called home by Jesus on Friday morning, March 16, 2018 at Pleasant Ridge Manor where she had recently been residing.
Myrtle was born on October 17, 1923 on the family farm in East Springfield, Pa, the daughter of the late Jess A. and Grace C. (Swoap) Carman.
She was a member of the West Springfield United Methodist Church. She enjoyed knitting washcloths, growing vegetables, and helping out with the Harrington Plumbing and Electric Business.
Besides her parents, Myrtle was preceded in death by her son, Charles Harrington on November 23, 2012 and her husband, Chester Harrington on July 26, 2014.
She is survived by her son and his wife, J. Arthur Harrington (Helen) of Albion, Pa. and a grandson and his wife, James Aaron Harrington (Lacey) of Springboro, Pa. and a granddaughter and her husband, Carrie A. Warner (Rick) of Conneaut, Oh and 7 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
