Patricia J. Crawford, age 77, passed away quietly with the Lord by her side on Saturday morning, January 13, 2024 at Pleasant Ridge Manor where she had been residing.

Patricia  was born in Erie, Pa on May 28, 1946, the daughter of the late James and Arleen (Irwin) Crawford.  Patricia was born with Cerebral Palsy and was always a special little girl to her parents and her sisters and brothers.  She was a member of the West Springfield Baptist Church and she attended the Gertrude Barber Center for both her schooling and later as she was growing up, she worked there doing assembly work. 

She enjoyed and found joy in many simple things in life that many take for granted every day.  She enjoyed music, going for rides with her niece, Sharon, on a jet ski, and playing with the other kids, and her many cats.  She especially enjoyed listening to her husband, Kevin, sing to her.  He always knew how to make her feel special and laugh.  Her niece, Sharon, nicknamed her “My Platipus” and Patricia would squeal with delight.

Besides her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her sister, Elaine Fisher. 

She is survived by her husband, Kevin Prindle whom she married in 2018.  She is also survived by a sister, MaryAnn Wolf of East Springfield; and two brothers, Robert (Susan) Crawford of Girard, and Jim Crawford of Albion.  Many nieces and nephews.

Friends and Family are invited to attend visiting hours on Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 11 until the time of the service at 1 p.m. at the West Springfield Baptist Church  Burial will be in Springfield Cemetery.  Arrangements are being handled by the Jean Evans Thompson Funeral Home, East Springfield, Pa.,  Please feel free to leave a memory or light a candle at www.jeanevansthompsonfh.com.
