Robert “Hank” P. Snow, Sr.

Robert Snow, Sr. age 77 of East Springfield, Pa. died Tuesday evening, January 19, 2021 at his home.

Known by Hank to so many, he was born in East Springfield, Pa on March 9, 1943, the son of the late William and Matilda (Moyer) Snow.

He Worked for many years as a self-employed contractor and held the position of Supervisor and Roadmaster for the Springfield Township for several years.  He also drove truck for Birkmire Trucking.  In his spare time, Hank enjoyed going to the Antique car and truck shows and was always seen and going to the car auctions in the areas.

Besides his parents, Hank is preceded in death three brothers; Bill, Dick and Ralph Snow and a step-brother, Billy Stevens and a daughter, Tonda Steadman.

Hank is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary (Anderson) Snow whom he married on September 27, 1957 and a son, Robert Snow, Jr., a son-in-law, Michael Steadman and three sisters; Doris Clisby, Carol Buonavolonta, Betty Waters, and a step-sister, Jeannette Beatman and a half-brother, Tom Stevens and a step-brother, Dick Stevens.  He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling hours for Hank.  Burial will be at the convenience to the family in Springfield Cemetery.  Arrangements are being handled with Love and care by the Jean Evans Thompson Funeral Home, East Springfield, Pa.
