Ruby Helen Hoover

Ruby Helen Hoover, age 93 of Erie, Pa., formerly of Albion, Pa. was called home to be with her devoted twin sister, Ruth Ellen Hoover who passed away in 2015. Ruby passed away on Tuesday, November 10 at UPMC Hamot in Erie.

Ruby was born in Texas Valley, New York on September 22, 1927, a twin daughter to Harold and Florence (Bunce) Hoover).

Ruby and Ruth were always inseparable. When they lived in Albion at the Barnett Building, you would never see them apart. They were always together. Then they moved to the Tullio Towers in Erie where they lived together the same way there. They were like two peas in a pod. Ruby missed Ruth a lot; although Ruby made friends easily where ever she went.

No calling hours will be observed for Ruby, she will be laid to rest next to her sister in Springfield Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Jean Evans Thompson Funeral Home, East Springfield, Pa. www.jeanevansthompsonfh.com
