Trisha Ann (Henderson) Pursell

Trisha Ann Pursell, age 54, of East Springfield, Pa., was guided by Angels home on Saturday afternoon, February 11, 2023 at her home with her family by her side.

Trisha was born in Erie, Pa. on April 1, 1968, the daughter of William James Henderson and the late Penny Paulette (Silman) Henderson.

Trisha graduated from the Class of 1986 of the Northwestern High School and worked at the Erie VA Hospital for several years in their financial department.  She was a member of the Walnut Creek Baptist Church and she enjoyed life to the fullest.  She enjoyed being a mom.  She also enjoyed little babies.  She loved to hear them fuss and take them into her arms to calm them.  Trisha had the light of Jesus about her when being around other people.  She enjoyed the simple things in life, but also enjoyed taking the time to be with the ones she loved.  She enjoyed hiking, and traveling with her husband, Mark.  She also had a love for checking out abandoned homes and visualizing how that home may have been in another time along with flipping houses with her husband.

Besides her mother, Trisha is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents; Bill and Joanne Silman, and her paternal grandparents; Bill and Hazel Henderson.

She is survived by her loving husband, Mark Pursell and four sons; Ryan James Lazan of East Springfield, Eric (Colleen) Pursell of McKinney, TX, Jake (Stacey) Pursell of Lake City, Pa., and Julian Pursell of Fairview, Pa., also a daughter; Sarah Pursell of Fairview, Pa.    She is also survived by her brother, Allen (Kim) Henderson and three grandchildren whom will miss her very much.

Friends and families are invited to call at the Jean Evans Thompson Funeral Home at 11883 Main Street, East Springfield, Pa on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm.  A Life Celebration Service will be held for Trisha on Thursday, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Fred Ayers of the Walnut Creek Baptist Church officiating.  Burial will follow at the Springfield Cemetery.
